Sonya’s passion for the beauty industry emerged at a young age. It was evident in her early attempts at cutting her own hair at the age of 3 years old. With an innate entrepreneurial spirit and drive to own a business one day, she pursued a business degree before attending cosmetology school. 

With over a decade of experience, most of Sonya’s  career has taken place in San Diego, CA. In 2021 she was enticed by the growing appeal of Austin, TX. After a year hiatus, she missed San Diego so much she decided to move back. Little did she know this pivotal move would shape the trajectory of her career. After quickly building a loyal clientele in ATX she felt she had no other choice but to return on a regular basis and split her time between San Diego, CA and Austin, TX now making her a traveling stylist!

Sonya’s hairstyling expertise knows no bounds. She particularly enjoys blonding, lived-in blonding, dimensional brunettes & bronding paired with a custom haircut to best suit her clients individual needs. She also enjoys various types of extensions from tape-ins to individual-beads to create a beautiful seamless blend.
